If you object to any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or any subsequent modifications to them, or become dissatisfied with your use of the Applications or Services in any way, you may: a) discontinue your use of the Applications and/or Services; and b) close your virtual account ("Account") by notifying us in writing by email or otherwise (see contact information below). No other remedy, legal or otherwise, is available to you save for (a) and (b) mentioned above.
1. Introduction
The provision of services by RingFill facilitating the purchase of prepaid mobile and/or data airtime ("Top-up") and prepaid vouchers ("Vouchers") (together the "Products") ("Services")... your use of the Applications and access to the Services are subject to your acceptance of these terms and conditions ("Agreement" or "Terms").
2. Information About Us
The Applications are operated, and the Services are provided, by YUSA WIRELESS LLC RingFill ("RingFill", "we" or "us"). RingFill.com is a website fully related to YUSA WIRELESS SERVICES LLC incorporated in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with its registered office at 1335 Kerlin St Chester PA 19013.
3. Registration
To use the Services, you may elect to register for an Account. You are entirely responsible for all activities which occur when using your Login Details. You must not disclose your password.
3.1 Limitation of Financial Services
The Company's services are strictly limited to the sale of digital products for prepaid mobile airtime top-ups only. The Company does not offer any services for transferring or receiving funds on behalf of users, nor does it operate as a money transmitter, digital wallet, or Peer-to-Peer (P2P) payment service.
4. Your Data
RingFill will comply with all of its obligations under applicable data protection law with regard to relevant data in its possession relating to you. Data collected by us as part of the Services will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy.
5. Use of Services and Cost
You agree to use the Applications and Services solely in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Applications or Services: (i) in violation of any law; or (ii) in connection with any illegal, fraudulent, offensive activity...
Explicit Prohibition on Payment Fraud: You expressly agree not to engage in any form of internet fraud, including but not limited to the unauthorized use of credit cards, debit cards, or any other payment instruments belonging to a third party (i.e., using stolen payment methods). Any such activity will result in immediate account termination and mandatory reporting to the relevant legal authorities.
5.6 Non-Cancelation and Non-Refundability After Processing
5.6.1 Core Provision: Once the Company has processed the order, issued the credit (Top-up), activated the code, executed the charging process, or granted access to the credit, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that the order is final and may not be canceled, modified, or refunded in cash or any other form by the Customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law or determined otherwise by the Company in writing.
5.6.2 Definition of Processing: Orders are considered processed upon the occurrence of any of the following actions: deduction of the amount from the payment method, issuance or activation of the recharge code, transmission/delivery of the code to the beneficiary, execution of the addition process on the phone number, or any technical action that practically enables the Customer to use the credit.
5.6.3 Digital Product Nature: Both parties acknowledge that the digital and instantaneous nature of these services renders refunds or returns practically impossible once the credit has been made available.
6. Your Instructions
You shall ensure that all instructions provided to RingFill through the Applications are accurate, complete, and true... You are solely responsible for any consequences related to the failure to provide correct, accurate, and true information or the failure to correct such inaccurate information prior to final confirmation.
7. Transactions Using Your Chosen Payment Method (Including Enhanced Anti-Fraud Measures)
You authorize RingFill to act upon any instruction to charge the payment method provided by you...
Legal Provision for Fraud Prevention (Pennsylvania Compliance): RingFill is not required to undertake any additional authentication or identity verification measures other than those required by applicable law or as RingFill deems appropriate and sufficient to protect against fraud or money laundering and to maintain the security and proper use of the Applications.
8. Limited Liability
RingFill, its directors, employees, officers or agents exclude all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party... RingFill bears no responsibility for use of the Applications and/or Services in connection with any unauthorized, illegal, fraudulent activity.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction (Commonwealth of Pennsylvania)
This Agreement, the Applications and the provision of Services will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. If any claim or dispute arises... you agree that the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will have exclusive jurisdiction over all such claims or disputes...
10. Severability
If, at any time, any provision of this Agreement (or any part of a provision of this Agreement) is or becomes illegal, invalid or enforceable, that shall not affect or impair the legality, validity or enforceability of the remainder of this Agreement...
11. Waiver
Any waiver of a breach or default of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any succeeding breach of the same or other provisions...
