YUSA Wireless LLC — Mobile Recharge & Digital Services

SMS Consent & Opt-In Policy

Program Overview

RingFill (operated by YUSA Wireless LLC) uses SMS messaging solely to send one-time verification codes (OTP) for the purpose of confirming your identity during account registration, login, and security verification on our mobile recharge platform. We do not send promotional messages, marketing content, or recurring SMS communications.

Important: SMS is optional and not required to use RingFill. SMS is only used when a user explicitly opts in by checking a separate SMS consent checkbox during registration. Users who do not opt in to SMS can fully use the service without receiving any SMS messages.

📱 Message Category: Security Alert — One-time verification codes only

Message frequency: 1 message per verification request. No recurring messages.

How We Collect Your Consent (Opt-In)

RingFill collects SMS consent through a separate, unchecked-by-default checkbox displayed on our website registration form at https://live.ringfill.site. This SMS consent checkbox is completely independent from any other agreements. SMS consent is never bundled with any other agreements. SMS consent is voluntary and not required to register or use RingFill. Only if the user explicitly checks the SMS consent checkbox will a verification code be sent via SMS. The phone number field is hidden by default and only appears after the user checks the SMS consent checkbox — we never collect a phone number without explicit SMS opt-in.

SMS is NOT required for service. Users can register and use RingFill without ever receiving an SMS. SMS is only used when the user explicitly opts in via a separate checkbox.

Step-by-Step Consent Workflow

  1. User opens our website at https://live.ringfill.site and clicks “Register” in the navigation bar to open the registration form.
  2. User enters their name and email address. Only name and email are collected initially. No phone number is requested at this stage.
  3. Checkbox 1 — Terms & Privacy (separate): The user sees an unchecked checkbox labeled: “I agree to the Terms of Service & Privacy Policy”. This covers only the general app agreements and does not mention SMS or phone numbers.
  4. Checkbox 2 — SMS Consent (voluntary, separate): Below the first checkbox, a completely separate, unchecked-by-default checkbox is displayed with the label: “I consent to receive a one-time SMS verification code to verify my phone number. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” — with subtext: “Optional — 1 message per verification request. No recurring or marketing messages.”
  5. Phone number field appears ONLY if SMS consent is checked. The phone number and country fields are hidden by default and only appear after the user checks the SMS consent checkbox. This ensures wenever collect a phone number unless the user has explicitly opted in to SMS. If the user unchecks the SMS checkbox, the phone field disappears again.
  6. User clicks “Register”. If the user checked the SMS consent checkbox and entered their phone, the verification code is sent via SMS. If the SMS consent checkbox is not checked, no SMS is sent. The user can complete registration without SMS — SMS is never required.
  7. User receives a 6-digit verification code via SMS (only if they opted in) and enters it to complete registration. No further SMS messages are sent after verification.

Consent Requirements

  • SMS Is Not Required for Service: Users can register and use RingFill without SMS. SMS is optional and only used when the user explicitly opts in via the SMS consent checkbox.
  • Phone Number Not Collected Without Consent: The phone number field is hidden by default on the registration form. It only appears after the user checks the SMS consent checkbox. We do not collect phone numbers from users who do not opt in to SMS.

  • Explicit Informed Consent: Users provide clear, affirmative consent by checking the SMS checkbox. No SMS is sent unless the user actively opts in.
  • Clear Purpose: The SMS checkbox text clearly states the user will receive a one-time SMS verification code for phone number verification only.
